When it comes to being a part of the basketball program here at J. L. Mann you have 3 options when we are working (practice, workouts, strength & conditioning, etc).

You will either:
Participate (Be there)

Communicate (Let a coach know why you wont be there)

Spectate (Sit in the stands and watch the people who did one of the first 2).
